                                       only have supplies for five so sign fast. A fun shaped

Trending Colors... Yellow and Gray

Each quarter you will  be presented with the "New Trending Colors" as announced by the design industry.  You may add one accent color and a one neutral color.  Create a project, card or scrapbook page using the "Trending Colors" and bring to the store during the months of January, February or March for display.  Each person  can do one a month in exchange for a one time 20% discount certificate on a purchase fr that month.  Stop by the store and pick up an info sheet with details.

Crafty ladies you still have time to do the "New Trending Colors". February & March are still ahead of us.  With each sample you bring to the shop you will receive a certificate for 20% off a total purchase.  Your Project will be featured on the blog. Share the blog address with your friends & family.

Imspirations to Share

National Ground Hog Day

During the month of January you will be asked if Punxatawney Phil (the ground hog) will see his shadow on February 2nd.  You will select one of two ballet.

       1. If you believe Phil, the ground hog, will see his shadow you will receive a
            ballet the says "Six More Weeks of Winter".

      2. If you believe Phil, the ground hog, will not see his shadow you will receive
          a ballet that says "Spring is On The Way".

Keep your ballet & don't loose it! On February 2nd, Thursday, it will be announced if Phil, the ground hog, saw his shadow or not.  Everyone who has a ballet that Agrees with Phil, the ground hog, will receive 20% off heir total purchase February 2nd.

Scrap n' Play Night

Scrap and Play Night.... is a time for beginner scrap bookers to have one on one to get organized and get started.  It is also  open to anyone who wants to work on unfinished projects or get help with a technique. You do not have to come at 5:00 pm.  Come when it works for your schedule.   Please call and let Lydia know that you will be coming.  Bring a friend and make it a girls night.  The tools are available for you to use.  The cost is $5.00.   632-3121

January 13th Friday 6:30 pm "Soup & Stamp" Will be working with pigment
                                                  powders and glue. $12.00

January 17th Tuesday  6:30 pm"Volleyball Sports" layout.

                                  We will be making a net for our page.  This technique
                                 can be used for basketball or soccer. Titles for the page
                                 in your school colors will be included.  Bring photos if
                                 you want. The cost is $17.00 or prepay by January 13th
                                 and save $5.00.

January 19th Thursday 5:00 to 10:00 pm "Scrap & Play Night" Please call at

January 20th Friday 6:00 pm "Glimmer Mist Basics" with Jenifer Evans.

You will try several different  techniques & see how to use on variety of projects.  You will also go home with a bottle of  Glimmer Mist ($6.99 value) or prepay by January 13th & save $3.00.



January 21st Saturday 9:00 am "Bound Card Book"   this is a very elegant,
                                      useful & beautiful bound project. the book is made of
                                      file folders and covered with card stock. When
                                      completed there are 12 pockets to hold greeting
                                      cards for each month. The book is about 8x8.
                                      The cost is $33.00 or prepay by January 13th & save
                                     $5.00.

January 21st Saturday  1:00 pm "Hot Cocoa Cup Card" with Jenifer Evans.
                                 A simple fun cards for adults or kids to be used for
                                 instant soup, coffee, tea or cocoa. The cost is $10.00 or
                                 prepay by January 13th & save. $3.00.

January 24th Tuesday 6:00 pm "Scrapbook Angel" with Priscilla Sandoz.
                                 These beautiful  angels are made with plaster cloth, scrap
                                 book papers and all the fun embellishments. The cost is
                                 $20.00 or prepay by January17th and save $5.00

January 25th Wednesday 6:00 pm will be a repeat of the Bound Card Book

January 27th & 28th "Crop & Craft Weekend" The crop room is open at 5:00
                                    pm. Come & stay as late as you want. Gather your
                                    friends for a great weekend. Pizza will be provided
                                    along with water, coffee & tea.  If you want to bring
                                    snacks to share its ok. Saturday morning begins at
                                    9:00 am & goes until the last scissor drops. Sandwiches
                                    will be served.  Cost is $5.00 a day.
